Has anyone hear of Cafe Eccell in the Bryan, College Station area? If so what are your opinions about it.

Cafe Eccel is not that formal, but it is good food, and very reasonably priced. Messina Hoff is also an option if you are looking for something a bit more pricey. Will give you some more when I get a chance.
