Brooks Kieschnick signs with Astros!

Kieschnick signs with Astros and is going to play in his home town of Corpus Christi with the HOOKS. Heard him talking on radio broadcast of Hooks opening game in San Antonio tonite. He is excited to be with the Astro organization and especially to be playing in Corpus Christi. Sounds like they will be using him in the same roll that the Brewers were using him, relief pitcher and a pinch hitting power hitter. Good luck Brooks! By the way, the Hooks lost their opening game in SA. They had a 2-1 lead in the 9th, but the closer gave up a 2 run walk off homer to lose their opening game of the year.
