I am a UT fan but I hate to see it because the Aggies had potential especially if he came back. Even though everyone wishes him the best you still get the feeling there was some unfinished business such as when Ford left UT for the same reason. At least Syracuse's Carmel Anthony had led his team to a national championship before he left early. Oh well.

He isn't signing with an agent, so if he's not a lottery pick, he can still return to College Station.

That's not a smart move by him.

let's see here, go to the nba as a mid to late 1st round pick, or go back to a&m and lose in the NIT again. hmmm:thinking:

Whats such a bad idea about it? He gets to try and see if he can improve his stock and if he doesn't he can still go back to school since he's not signing with an agent.

I doubt he will be a 1st rounder. He was good, but sooooo inconsistent. He would have a spectacular showing one night, and have a sub standard game the next night. He is also very inconsistent with free throws. I wish him the best, but if he keeps his word and he doesnt go early, I cant wait to see what kind of improvement he can make under Gillispie.

Wright's been projected as a first round by many for a few years. I know one of this means much, but here are a few projections on him:

NBAWire.com - 13
NBADraft.net - 14
InsideHoops.com - 21
About.com - 23
JustBBall.com - 24
CollegeHoopsnet.com - 27

Like kepdawg posted, Antoine will be a first rounder. At what point in the first round is what he is trying to determine.

Bulldog, yes at times he struggled with his free throws, but he did lead the Big 12 in 3 pt percentage.

I know that he's gonna go in first round, just trying to make myself feel better about the situation.
