In the Men's World Cup soccer competition tonight! Way to go USA!!! :)

It should have been much worse though because the USA missed lots of good chances to score more points but a win is a win.

Actually these are preliminary rounds. I think the actual World Cup is next year but I am not sure.

i thought it was a ways off. we have people from India, Mexico, Venenzuela, Afriica, Peru working in my office, and they all normally make it known when its World Cup time.

Hey Pirate if we can get a day a day off this November you, me and Sinton66 can go watch some of the Big 12 College Lady's Softball tournament in San Antonio. Maybe Sintonfan can join us. :)

Man if you think men's soccer is good wait till you get to see the women's soccer. I just wonder why the men's pro league made it in the USA and the women's didn't! :mad:

Wife and I used to be soccer parents, and I miss it. It's a really good game once you get into it. Not much scoring, but some of the most exciting plays are missed scoring opportunities.
