former Corpus Christi Carroll and UT standout Brooks Kieschnick was cut today by the Milwalkee Brewers. Im not sure of the details, but he would be a nice pick-up for one of the Texas teams. preferably Houston.

Dang that sucks. Between Kieschnick (CC Carroll) and Mike Adams (Sinton) the Brewers were poised to have an All-Corpus bullpen.

Brooks is a small piece in the Corpus Christi Hooks (Astros AA club) ownership group. i wonder if that will influence Houston to sign him.
