the monahans relay teams dont have all of their runners either due to injuries, last year their 800 relay ran a 1:28 and they did not graduate anybody, they should be able to get 1 or two relays and a couple of sprinters to state

how is richard doing? he has speed, they will make a mark in state, Pecos' Terry has burning speed but has a real hard time making the grade in classes.....

The sandhills relays this coming weekend are gonna have some intresting matchups....

I know this isnt 3a, but this is impressive regardless.

Lexington’s E. J. Hawkins, Steven Jones, Philip Brown and Corey Lewis showed their heels to the 3A boys, winning the 800-meter relay in 1:29,87, a new meet record. Old mark was 1:31.68, set by Burton last year.
Hawkins, Jones, Brown and Lewis also won the 400-meter relay, clocking in at 42.78.

Guess that boot camp they are running in Lexington paid off again.

Is that THIS year? Hope so, that would mean Jasper is getting it on down there. This is fairly early for Jasper to have that kind of time. The coach knows how to get them to peak at state.

j_dog I don't think that is this years time...

www.texastrack.com has Jasper's two last attended meets and their times were near that.

At YMBL Jasper had:

4x100 42.56

4x200 not listed

4x400 3:27.31

So, does it really matter 'now? IT shouldn't really matter any time within the next four years!!!

Sorry about that it has nothing to do with the times,it just makes me mad to hear all the bull coming out of washington, there is not much difference in both parties,at least i don't see it.
