tonight as the Texas Lady Longhorns play the Texas A&M Lady Aggies in College Station in basketball for 0.5 points. After this game it will be a while before the competition begins again on April 16 when the two teams play softball.

The Texas Lady Longhorns defeated the Texas A&M Lady Aggies tonight in basketball 69 to 57 therefore Texas now leads the State Farm Lone Star Showdown 8 to 3. Texas needs 2 more points to win the competition for year and Texas A&M needs 7 more points to win.

I have some issues with this Lone Star Showdown but that's just me.

I also think that UT will win this thing pretty much every year. I'd say UT would win this thing every 8 out of 10 tries.
