Homepage for the Global Flyer. (http://www.virginatlanticglobalflyer.com/) There are some web-cams included here (that I can't access without the right software).

Despite some fuel shortage concerns, he's just off the coast of California this morning and is scheduled to land back at Salina, KS around 11 a.m. Central time.

For years, I've thought he either had way too much money or a death wish. I hope he makes it back safely.

Well, its official. He just landed and set the record. Congrats to him on this. I bet he is super stiff from being in that cabin since Monday.

I was watching it on Fox too. As the plane was coming in for a landing, I got a kick out of the reporter that said something to the effect, "I'm seeing what I believe to be his landing gear".

It's so rare to see landing gear during a landing, isn't it?

I wish it would have been later in the day (after work). That was only 80 miles from here.
