She is a freshman pitcher for UT softball team and formerly of Crowley where with her pitching they won two state championships in 4A softball. She made her debut against Houston on February 5 and struck out 16 batters and almost had a complete perfect game until the 7th inning when with 2 outs and 2 strikes the batter got a double. UT won 6 to 0. What a great start! She was just voted Big 12 Co - Pitcher of the week. Way to go Meagan! Keep it up!

Meagan Denny got her first career college no-hitter against BYU at the Palm Spring, CA classic as Texas defeated BYU 1 to 0! What a super freshman! You go Girl!
