We'll be attending a party at one of hubby's co-workers. We're taking a turkey to fry at his home. I sure hope the grease cools down in time to get it back home.

Dang, LHPmom.....any more like you at home? Superbowl guests that bring their own meat when they come---unbelieveable. Don't know about the chances of any of the turkey being left for the trip back to your house, though. If it's like my house---ol' dad provides, cooks, serves, and cleans up and the kids descend on everything like a plague of locusts. Glad to do it, really---that's what families and good friends are all about. Hope you have as much fun as we do.

I have this really nice tenderloin that has been saying "cook me....cook me" so will probably just barbecue with the family.

Just a random thought.....they really should have the Superbowl on Saturday rather than Sunday. I would guess that a majority of the nation's workforce feels like crap on Monday.:D

I agree, or make the following Monday a national holiday---errrr, recovery day.
