The Following Users will be deleted Sunday 1/30/05

In an effort to keep the database size of 3A Down Low to a minimum and keeping the database optimized, we will be cleaning house by deleting any members who have NOT Visited in 1.5 years. This change will go into effect on Sunday 1/30/05, and will remain in effect indefinitely. We understand that some people only come during the Football Season, which is why I have opted to allow the 1.5 years of no activity. If a user does not VISIT the site at least once every 1.5 years, they will be removed. This does NOT mean that the user actually needs to post a message, the system just has to see their username logged in.. We will E-Mail the user 3 times to let them know that their account is pending deletion (at one year of no activity, 2 weeks, and 7 days prior to deletion). This is the first big site cleanup that has been done in about 2 years.

If your name is listed on the text file, please let me know ASAP. The list is in alphabetical order, so it should not be too hard to find your name if it is on there (which it should NOT be). There are 1224 Members who will be deleted.

*Banned Members will NEVER be deleted from the system.
