Pretty fair assessment. I would probably place Goliad a bit higher on the list and drop West Oso some.

Why are the Roughnecks rated no. 1 in your poll?

I picked the Roughnecks because of their schedule. Coming down from 4a they've played a tough non district schedule. They've played a lot of 4a and 5a teams around Houston and have played them well.

Ingram 46 - Liberty Hill 41 from last night.

Haven't seen most of these teams, but I have seen WC and they have a nice combination of shooting and size. They couldn't miss from 3 the night that I saw them and almost perfect from the FT line.

West Columbia is pretty good, lost to stafford in district play 59-60 thanks in part to a 6 point 3rd qtr. WOW.
AND they are and have been playing without one of their best players since Christmas.

Goliad has already beaten Yoakum...Yoakum is good, but not a # 3...believe Wharton would be a little higher too...

Lets just take the last two games and examine them. They beat Sweeny 95-36. They beat palacios. Halftime score was 44-6. They beat West oso earlier in the year and they beat Sealy who was 14-2 at the time by like 14.
