that is pretty high speed....we used to make what we callled pea shooters by cutting the top off of a platic milk jug or a 3 litr of soda....stretching a ballon around the outside of it and viola instant pea shooter. just load with a lil rock or something like that and pull back on the balloon with the rock on the inside. shot pretty far.....no accuracy....but it sure would get some reactions from people when they got hit :)

I saw that episode of Mythbusters too and was flabergasted by their conclusion.
It's still not right to feed see gulls that stuff.:eek: It was messy when I saw it.;)
