I have also seen it too many times myself to enjoy it again AP. And you are right. That line is one of the movies' most remembered lines. If anyone ever sees that movie once they will never forget that line.

Jasper it was made in 1967 and was nominated for best picture and Paul Newman for best actor. George Kennedy won the oscar for best supporting actor. It stars Paul Newman, Strother Martin as the warden, and George Kennedy as a fellow prisoner. Wayne Rogers (before his MASH role) has a supporting role as one of the prisoners.
