See if you can guess this one. It is a toughie. Warning it is women's basketball topic. :)

I am a senior in high school. My high school basketball team is undefeated so far this year. I was the top recruit in the nation this year. Some have compared me to Diana Taurasi. I am a team player. I followed my heart and signed on with the University of Texas. I still have some unfinished business in high school this year but then I will be going to Austin to play for the Lady Horns starting another part of my life much to the enthusiastic response of Phil C and KTJ and others. Who am I?

I was born in 1880. I joined the Texas Rangers at a young age and later was in the Texas Highway Patrol. The Barrow gang was robbing banks and killing innocent people was terrorizing East Texas and other parts of the country in the early 30s and I was asked by the governor's office to get on their trail. We caught up with them in Louisiana where they refused to surrender and died by our bullets. In 1967 the movie Bonnie and Clyde came out and it kind of made me the villian in the movie and Bonnie and Clyde heroes. But in real life I got many letters from East Texas farmers and ranchers saying that they were able to sleep easier at night thanks to me. I passed away in 1950. Who am I?

Right you are Pirate plus he was born in 1884 not 1880 like I thought.

I am a famous battle during the civil war. The North thought they were going to have an easy fast victory. One of them said "We'll run them to Atlanta and to Galveston Bay but they ran us back to Washington and Philadelphia." Who am I?

Was it Bull Run? Is it not the battle where all the locals came out to watch the Yanks whip the Rebs and found themselves right in the middle of a bloody Union retreat?

No problem 00 and that is the right answer. It was also part of a great song by Johnny Horton in the 1950s who made several songs about famous battles such as the battle of New Orleans in the war of 1812, and sink the Bismark.
