Good Morning Sports Fans! Or Offseason fans for that matter! Tis a beautiful day in Manor!
Twas an interesting weekend for NFL Wildcards....only one of my team picks won this weekend...bummer! We should have some good games this coming weekend, which I ain't even bettin' on...usually means the other team will win. What about basketball...haven't heard much hoops scoop lately...anyone care to share?

the Mets sign Pedro Martinez and get Carlos Beltran and they aren't contenders? I know its just 2 people, but they are 2 very impressive people... if they aren't instant contenders... i dont know what would make them instant contenders... and look at things this way... if you were a mets fan, would feel like beltran screwed you over if he resigned with the stros? i doubt it.. . .

GOOOOO BELTRAN! Anythings better than the Astros uni you were in :D (go ahead... my cubs arent doin any better this offseason, but i dont like the stros)

I think it is more the color combination that I dislike rather than the stripes.

I can visualize that uniform "not looking bad" in some different colors.:rolleyes: :D

i agree...it could've been a lot worse...they could have chosen pinks and purples! then again...:thinking:
