Baseball Alumni Games

Baseball season is almost here. I was just wondering if anybody has professional athletes playing in them this year. Last year Navasota had two play in it. One was my brother who plays in the Phillies org, and the other is now playing for the Reds. They are not going to be in it this year because they both got invited to the big league spring training.

Pretty impressive alumni games, i reckon! lol, no big timers here, just a few college kids that I know of...I may be proved wrong in years to come, but it will be a GOOD game this year!

We will probably have someone who pitched for the Braves and someone who played outfield for the Marlins.

I just noticed in looking at our schedule that we have an alumni game scheduled in April. To my knowledge this is a first for us (in several years at least) so it should be fun.

I would guess that it will be previous grads, none extremely famous, but highly respected by the boys on our varsity team.:)
