I went to school at Slaton way back when, Graduated from Redwater (who had the longest losing streak in 3A recently until they moved back down to 2A) and now I'm in Kountze. Go figure. Of course I also went to school in Iraan and Giddings, so I've seen the up side (winning side) also. But, unfortunately more of the down side. I hope Slaton and Redwater get back on track. And maybe one day Kountze will make the playoffs again. But it's still a ways away for any of these three teams. Just my take.
