View Full Version : Entertainer Association Thread

Bullaholic

O.k.--here's the way this works. You can name an entertainer from any entertainment field (movie, music, t.v., etc.) or you can name a movie, song, or show by that entertainer, or you can name another entertainer. Example:

John Wayne
(next post by another poster)
Quiet Man
(next post)
Stagecoach
(Now at this point somebody might want to jump to another entertainer if they can't or don't want to name something by this particular entertainer, so next post--)

Faith Hill
(next post)
Breathe

Anyhow this should keep us all entertained for quite a while---(Ranger Mom should be good for years on this thread by herself)

Have Fun----I will start--

JOHN WAYNE

Pirate---I don't think John Wayne was in "Giant", but you can change the entertainer if you want to another.

Holmes---just trying to get a little activity going--kinda slow lately---I have no objection to closing this type of thread if the mods so desire.

Maybe you should just have them change the title to "Six degrees of separation" so everyone doesn't get their panties in a bunch over another association thread.

Thanks Pirate---actually "association" threads are not my favorite either, but like I said, I was just trying to create a lttle "interest" in anything---sometimes you get some great derivative threads off of some of these things which results in a lot of fun for everybody. Anyhow--I'm not thin-skinned and think nothing of it---Holmes is good people---it's just not as much fun when we don't have football as the main focus I guess.

Works for me .... I just read a little of his biography and I think his last movie was in 1981 or that is when he died .... before most on here were born.:D This is where Phil C and Pirate 44 could have some fun ... they are both "old" movie buffs.;)

Here's another that William Holden was in

Damien: Omen II (1978) .... Richard Thorn
... aka Omen II
... aka Omen II: Damien (reissue title)
