In my opinion top to bottom 18-3A may have been the best...Giddings, Yoe, Taylor plus some good teams that didn't make the playoffs

Well, they might not be able to hang with most other districts, but district 32 is always a dogfight. Port Isabell, La Feria, Rio Hondo, and Raymondville are pretty much equal. None of them will likely get past the 2nd round, but they definately had to fight for their playoff spot.

5-3A all the way!! Wylie, Ballinger, and Sweetwater are heading to the play-offs. The fourth place team had a record of 7-3, which was definitely good enough to make the play-offs in many of the other districts in 3A. All three of these teams are ranked or were ranked in the top 10 at one point in time this season.

24AAA has a tough district. Rice, Sealy, and Sweeny.

Maybe not this year but in years past, especially last year, 17AAA has been tough. Gatesville, China Spring, Lorena, McGregor, Waco La Vega, Waco Connaly, Troy and West. Years past this district has had the likes of Waco Robinson, Marlin and Cameron Yoe. I just think Central Texas is a spot for 3A football with quality teams all through it which makes for a great bi-district and area rounds with 18AAA 19AAA and 20AAA. For the most part region 3 is tough.

I will have to agree that District 5-3A is probably the toughest, at least this year. I am a Lamesa fan and District 3-3A would have been a tough district if Seminole would of had a good year. Also the District 2-3A with Muleshoe, Littlefield, Shallowater, and Lubbock Cooper had a tough district this year with a last week game deciding the playoffs.

Without a doubt year in and year out it is 17AAA. Just look at the History. Almost every school in it has a great football tradition. McGregor, Gatesville, China Spring, LaVega, Lorena, Connally, Troy, West.

Remeber Giddings was in the State-Semi Finals 3 years ago and had a real shot at beating a good Cuero Team!
They've been there before.
This years team maybe better coached with better Talent!
