The Class 4A All-State high school football team, released Thursday, as voted on by The Associated Press Sports Editors based on regular-season performance. Players are listed in alphabetical order at each position.

FIRST TEAM OFFENSE:

OFFENSIVE LINE:

_ LANCE CALLOWAY, Wylie, Sr., 6-3, 250. Graded 94 percent, 60 knockdowns.

_ ELIJAH GENSKOW, Aledo, Sr., 6-4, 320. Graded out at 90 percent, no sacks. Total yards this season 2,047 rushing, 1,966 passing for Aledo.

_ LEE GRIMES, Brownwood, Sr. 6-6, 310. 47 pancake blocks, committed to Texas A&M.

_ JAMES TYSON, Killeen, Sr., 6-4, 270. 60 pancakes, top lineman on team that averaged 314 rushing yards per game.

_ LOUIS VASQUEZ, Corsicana, Sr., 6-6, 310. Texas Tech commit had 56 knockdown blocks, graded 91 percent for offense that averaged 345 yards per game.

_ HUNTER LAWRENCE, Boerne, Jr. 5-9, 160. 12-of-15 FGs, 37-of-40 PATs, 37-of-61 kickoffs were touchbacks.

I didn't notice any from Kilgore or Jacksonville...guess East Texas and AP polls don't mix. That QB from Jacksonville was awesome...I am guessing Kilgore has a few studs as well.
