What kind of pregame festivities are the towns of Gilmer and Jasper having up to game time?

We are having a pep rally tonight 7 p.m. at the high school gym. It is open to the community. Space may be tight, but with the weather what it is, they did not want to have an outdoor pep rally like they had in 1981 before going to the finals.

Of course there are signs all over town, State Bound t-shirts, etc.
At the pep rally, the County Judge will read a proclamation passed by the county commissioners calling Saturday Gilmer Buckeye Football Day in Upshur County.
