lets hear some scoop on the off-season programs that are run. lift four days or three. sprint agility work how often? mat drills, ropes, agility ladders, etc.

no, the season is not lost - i just want to hear some good information instead of all the rumors, digs, and sarcastic statements.

back home, we would lift monday, wednesday, friday. on tuesday thursday, we would do a 5 or 6 station rotation. mat drills, shuttles, bleachers, plyo's, form running, and we would do ropes if we had time. another thing we did, was we actually had fun doing this. if we performed well, we played a little football on friday

lift 4 days a week half the period
mon/wed lower body
tues/thurs upper body
second half is agility drills: ropes, plyos,mats, bars, form run, cones, etc.
friday if had a great week we will free lift or play some football -- if didnt have a great week it is another lower body lift day
