Howdy ho neighbors, welcome to the doc's office. Today is National Bill of Rights Day and Lemon Cupcake Day. So you have the right to eat a lemon cupcake. Some days their are just ridiculous holidays and I wonder who comes up with days like Lemon Cupcake Day? Anyways there are ten amendments that are considered the Bill of Rights, which one is your favorite?
