Rent house?

Okay, this is probably a stupid idea, but I figured it's worth a shot.

We still own our house in Lubbock & the renters moved out in the middle of the night last week. Anyone know someone in Lubbock that needs a house to rent? It's great for a family or college students. If you know someone, let me know & I can get the info for you.

My suggestion would be go up to Lubbock and put out flyers on campus at Tech. Semester is about to be over but I am sure there will be some looking for next semester. Wish you the best of luck.

We have a property manager, but he hasn't gotten us the most "reliable" tenants since we've been using him. :mad: But he was an "acquaintance" of my mother-in-law; now hubby's hestitant to get rid of him. :(
