Did the Ballinger girls play in the Vernon BBall tournament last weekend? And if they did....how did they play? Also, how are the Vernon Girls this year...they have been pretty good in the past.

Yes, Ballinger gilrs did play. I can't recall how well they did, I was gone watching football games both Friday and Saturday. Vernon girls I believe got 3rd but not sure. They will be ok. What surprised me was the Vernon boys took 1st beating Wichita Falls high for the ship.

I caught a great football game Friday night between Windthorst and Stratford. Man that was a great game. Then saw Snyder get blown out on Saturday. I really thought that would be a closer game.

I don't watch as much basketball simply because I don't really like it. But I did see that the Lady bearcats were in town!
