hard to say what a sick person like him was thinking or feeling. I can't imagine what could be going through a person's head who is capable of doing what he did to his wife and unborn child.

Too bad he will be on the row for the next 15 years waiting for the verdict to be carried out. Can you say appeal..... appeal.... appeal!!!!

it may just be me, but i think they should get full use out of the convicts...instead of prison or death jsut make them come out here to war. then they can be a valuable member to the country and still live...just not in our country.

i think minimum on death row before 1st appeal is 5 years. but if i heard right, the judge later on could switch the penalty to life in prison.

I wouldn't want him next to me protecting my back. I also would hate to eat the food he is going to get for the next 20 years. Can anyone say special sauce?

I hate it when trials like this get so stretched out! This has lasted about a year right? That's a waste of time and money. But he deserves it alright.

You watch.... He won't make it to his date with death! Someone will get their hands around his neck like they got Jeffrey Dahmer. Welcome to the shower Scotty.... My name is Bubba!!! Ha, Ha!!

He will be in protectiove custody. In CA he will do all his time in Solitary for the death sentence. Not in the general population.

What's ironic about this case is I know people in CA that still believe there's a chance he's innocent!

all i know is he had to have a couple loose screws up there. i dont like the whole thing: him sittin on death row for 15 years and what not. kill him next week! its a waste of californian's tax dollars. it's kinda like the Ron White bit from comedy central. he's from texas and while other states are trying to abolish the death penalty, down here, we're putting in an express lane!

If the governor of CA has his head on, I think he should let Laci's family get ahold of him. Just imagine what they would do to him.

Can anyone say special sauce? im not saying put him in my company or battalion, but make a battalion/brigade or however big it needs to be just for them, to do the odd jobs around post and stuff like that. its a non-lethal way of getting the most for your money. it would save billions of tax dollars and they may even learn what it means to be a person.
