If Gilmer wins they will play Jasper at SFA State University at Nacogdoches. If Snyder would win it would probably be at Texas Stadium....I would just guess.

Shiner did win 21-17. I just read on another board that will play for the State Title next Saturday 6 p.m. @ Wichita Falls. Wow!!! That's a LONG,LONG drive for Shiner fans!!

I don't know if it's right or not. I just did a distance comparison for both schools on Mapquest.com. According to them,it's relatively far for both teams. Shiner to Wichita Falls is 381.44 miles including a 7 hr drive time. Stratford to Wichita Falls is 306 miles including a 5 hr 48 min driving time. Then again they use most of the major highways and intersections to calculate all these numbers. Taking the back roads can probably save you 30 mins to an hour!! LOL!!! I don't care it's still FAR!!!
