I think Jasper would continue to do well. I feel they did better when the district was tougher than afterwards when they moved the Golden Triangle teams out. I think the possibilities are exciting. But there is no assurance it would fall this way. More likely WOS would be put in the same district with Bridge City and that current group.

Sounded like Jasper had to run the kid down from behind to save the touchdown. Was anyone at the Silsbee game when they ran that 50 yard option play to score at time expired for the half? That is what I was imagining in my mind as Art and Coach Brack made the call here.

...yea, LaMarque and the old Hebert days too! But all we ask is to have an opportunity. If that exists, then there is always a possibility. It just depends on ...what frame of mind, who shows up for the game...

Hopefully Jasper's coaches will have a clue on how to contain Burnet's explosive offense this year because they sure didn't last year. Big task for sure.
