For years the four major bowls were considered the Rose, Cotton, Sugar, and Orange Bowl games and were all played on January 1 each year except when the first was on a Sunday and then it was played the Saturday before. Texas has played in three of them (Cotton, Sugar and Orange) and one thing Texas has done in the first game they played in them was win the first one. Let's hope they do they same thing with the Rose Bowl! We will see. There is no guarantee that history will always repeat itself but let's hope it does in this case. Go Longhorns! Beat Michigan!
