Cuero loads 8 buses

I was just informed that out of Cuero 8 charter buses are going to the game tomorrow filled with Gobbler fans. I think that is a remarkable number. I just thought i'd share that with the rest of ya:p

The fans paid 30 dollars for the all round trip. other weeks it was around 20 dollars to SA and Round Rock i believe.

think its grown...... Chamber of Commerce got 5 (*Heard they are working on #6 but not sure if that's true or not), Cuero STate Bank (2) Cuero Comm Hospital (1) 2 separate families/groups (2) wow...... that's 10 wow no idea how many the school will have....... Everyone needs to remember to "take care of your business" before you get on the bus.. Those bathrooms are SMALL :)..........

Hey 44inarow, what ever happened to Robert Strait I believe he was the RB in the late 80's or early 90's. Just wondering.

it's really quite sad acually....Robert could've been a great college running back if he would've gone to a different college and gotten involved in drugs....he probly could've been playing in the league

He got mixed up in some bad stuff and what makes it ever more sad is he got 2rd and 3rd chances and still messed up. I wish him well and hope he's straightened his life up.

Cuero will be a ghost town tomorrow starting in the early afternoon. I remember when Sinton went to state my brother in law told me the same thing. Our game was Saturday and he went to the Pizza Hut at about 7 P.M. and on Saturday at 7 P.M. is a busy time for the Pizza Hut but he said that night besides himself they only had two other customers. But he still had to wait a long time for his order to get finished. :D

Cuero fans may want to call in some security guards to patrol the neighborhoods...Crime has a way of rearing its ugly head when everyone is out of town...
