Anyone have a source on-line for the stat leaders in 3A?? Diboll's got a couple candidates in WR J.Finley (27-543) and TE J.Garcia (33-493). Much props to anyone who can tell me how they stack up.....

I don't know of a site that would have statewide stats. I'm sure there is one though. Here is a link to the Houston Chronicle. They have 3A stats for Southeast Texas and the Houston Area.

I don't know about the entire State, but several from the DFW area, including two from Decatur, are ahead of them. (CLICK HERE) (http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dallas/sports/highschools/leaderboard/football/HSFB-leaders-Dallas3AOthers.html).

Both Michaels Spears and Charles Huffman of Rice Cons. have over 1,150 yards rushing in the same backfield after 9 games. Great duo. Anybody else have 2 ,000 yard rushers on the same team?

Rex Harper and Weldon Brooks (Kennedale) have combined for over 2000 (2233 to be exact)yards rushing and 38 touchdowns.

Jamie Garcia ranks among Tight Ends in 3A: #1 in receptions, #1 in receiving yards, and tied for #2 in receiving TDs (although he also plays as a slot receiver at times).

Chris Eiland of Quinlan Ford has 2016 yds rushing so far this season. Not sure about the rest of the team, but I am sure it is on the dallas morning news website.

Hey CatsDen,
What time do you metroplex teams play your games?
I saw you were scheduled to play today. You're showing Kennedale as already being 9-1. I'm just not very familiar with the metroplex ways. Thanks.

Not as many catches, but the total yds. and TD's are better for Shipley.

67 rec. 1424 yds 23 TDs

Definately the two best in 3A, I don't think anyone else's #s are even close to these two.
