Look for local radio stations for both towns and then see if any of them have streaming audio links. That's what I usually do.
Try this utility:
station finder (http://windowsmedia.com/radiotuner/findstations.asp?locale=409&) You can search stations by their zip code.
Also Texas Radio Stations (http://texas-on-line.com/graphic/txradio1.html) is a good place for looking for stations that have a website.
