Snyder 21 IP O with about 4minutes left 1st half

Iowa Park was putting together a drive on about the Snyder 20 yard line... but Snyder is up 21-0.

How are the teams playing...flukes plays....long drives...big plays? I think some of the IP people may have been underestimating Snyder. However....2 td's is not much when Swenson is on the field.

On the IP side of the ball.. it's bad tackling and the O-line for Snyder is creating some room.
Iowa Park was virtually shut down until Snyder tried an onside kick after their last TD and IP got the ball and went for a score on a short field. Other than that IP didn't cross their own 35 yard line.
Should be a good 2nd half though. The Hawks got down to the Snyder 20 before running out of time to end the second half and Swenson seemed to be hitting his receivers.

I called the Bport-Iowa Park game on the radio last week. I was not real impressed with Iowa Park. If you can shutdown Swenson I think they are very beatable. They only had one threat in the passing game as well. I think they will have a tough time pulling this one out. Its a shame too because they have put together a Great Season.

I'm not terribly surprised. The Tigers are runnin' fools, and their O-line is very, very good. D Walker is getting better every game. and their defense was a heck of a lot better last week than it has been They must get a lot of practise during the week against an outstanding O. :thinking:

IP came out in the 3rd and ate up the clock but had about a 38 yard field goal blocked by the Tigers.
