The Lone Star Showdown continues between the Longhorns and the Aggies in football at 2:30 P.M. I know we are mostly interested in high school football but this game is usually an exciting thriller that goes down to the wire between two great teams. The Aggies have a one point lead in the Showdown Race (2.5 to 1.5) and would love to have a two point lead going into the new year because that is when Texas strong sports begin. Also for the same reason the Horns would love to be tied up going into January. Remember this early Aggie lead was expected by the historical expert - me ;). Anyway don't forget to watch this thriller before you leave for the games or at least have your radio on if you have to leave early but drive carefully.
