Arrangements for Regional meet and Greets??

Did anybody get any of these organized yet? R4 (D1)is going to happen Friday afternoon at the Alamodome.

I'm planning on being at the Jasper/Yoe game as well. Maybe we could meet at halftime or something? I'm gonna be running late because I want to watch the Texas/Texas A&M game.

Same here JasperDog. I plan on waiting till that game is over to leave and go to Huntsville. Halftime would be great if anyone else wants to do this.

66, I did volunteer to help set up Region 4, D2, if we advance. Once we get home from the game Saturday night, I'll get on it, if we are fortunate & take care of business.

Halftime is perfect. And by the entrance near the scoreboard is the perfect place. There are no fences keeping the sides apart so that is the logical neutral place. I plan to be there and anyone who wants to meet can just walk down there. Now, if someone would just bring a DL sign to separate us from the ordinary fans ......... :) :D

Well, it turns out the Alamodome doesn't allow open fires, so a pit or cooker is out. Guess we'll just have to meet up inside someplace.

Thers' supposed to be a good "Irish themed" bar downtown. I haven't been there but friends say it's cool. I need to call someone to find out where and all. PM me tomorrow for info.
