my source also informed me that they were under the impression that the Alamodome on friday was GO reguardless of the opponent. . . so thats some very early info for ya. .

My source told me the Alamodome on Friday was a go regaurdless of opponent also. And its a pretty good source, if I do say so myself.

That might be the case; I just read that San Benito (RGV 5A team) is playing on Friday at the Alamo Dome 4:00-pm. But than again, they do play teams back to back there at the dome.

It may be 2:00 pm, but I wouldn't think they would start them that early on a Friday. I could see 2:00 pm on a Saturday. I'm pretty sure the game is Friday, just doubt it'll be that early, could be wrong though. Has happened at least once before.;)

I was told they are trying to set up 3 to 5 games, (one from each division, for example 2a thru 5a) hence the early game time.

Im not positive on where exactly Sinton and Cuero are located, but Houston seems to be a good neutral site between east texas and south texas.

Cuero is next to Victoria and Sinton is close to Corpus Christi.

the alamodome was chosen for the region final because its a big game and memorial stadium is an outdoor stadium and its better to play in indoor stadiums because it gets louder and crazier... and then of course theres no way there wont be enough seats for everyone that wants to go
