Who is Center and Where did they come from??

I kinda joked w/ 3afan2k3 about him picking them, a 6-4 team at the end of the season, to win state... but umm... yeah they are still in there..

why the weak record going in to the playoffs and what keeps them winning??

Center Roughriders....they stole the county seat during the middle of the night years ago from Shelbyville and there are some who still want it back!!

Congrats on quite a turnaround..from 0-10 to 3 rounds deep..i reiterate my vote for coach of the year for whoever is there.

LOL, you meant 0-10 last year, but I'm sure everyone got that. :D
Anyway, talk about your mid-season lights going on! They started off with some solid wins, but in mid-district, they just took off! They played a Chapel Hill team in the first round that spanked them earlier in the season, and Center pummeled them the second time around 35-0.

So to answer your question, they came from nowhere, literally. They had to have help in week 11 to get into the playoffs, and here they sit now in the Reg. II Finals. Go figure!
