I Believe Iowa Park will beat Snyder if the can stop their big running back. Snyder doesn't have much of a defense so Iowa Park should have their way with them on the offensive side. IP's Defense steps up then IP wins!!

Well they are all good now, so no easy games. Every team must play mistake free football. No room for error. I haven't seen Snyder play but they should be battle tested with their tough district schedule. Same can be said about Iowa Park. Should be a good matchup. Too bad I won't be able to make that one.

Should both Sweetwater and IP win then I will make that game.

I'm very surprised you haven't heard of Wimberly. They played Cuero very close and had a chance to win that game last week. 21-17.

You must have lost your mind... actually snyder has a pretty darn good defense! i know it didnt show in the first half of our game vs sweetwater but im sure they would venture to tell you that you might be surprised. Dee Walker isnt the only player on our team... i've got news for you its not gonna be a walk in the park, not this friday night! i know you had your way with bowie and then you took care of bridgeport, but i promise snyder will be ready for ip! 4-3a all the way

Snyder's Defense is not bad at all I think the sweetwater game might have more been a result of the explosiveness of Sweetwater's backfield

Snyders defence held Iowa Park's awsome offence to 7 points. I think they were overrated really bad or snyder sweetwater and Wylie are underrated really bad.

I'm pulling for the smallest 3a school in the state, Halletsville. If I recall, they were like 1 person over the mark between 2a and 3a. It would be awesome if they won the D2 title. They truely are the small school.

They were also picked to come in last in their district according to the DCTF....that shows how much Dave knows!!;)

DCTF didn't have Gilmer (13-0), a regional finalist in 2003, in his Top 25 for this season either.

Gilmer's opponent this week, Tatum, has enrollment of only 392. I thought it was the smallest until I heard about Halletsville. Gilmer's enrollment is 628.
