Looks like a good playoff game. I would guess that Jasper speed will be too much for Liberty to handle.

Thanks OC for your pick. As you said somewhere else, you never know on a given night. But your opinion is interesting. I have seen several posts here from Liberty and BH posters that seemed to imply that Jasper won't be able to keep up with Liberty's speed and quickness. :) If that is true, then Liberty must be mighty, mighty fast. Having seen only Jasper play, I can only guess. But, after tomorrow night, we will know! :)

I think Jasper's key is to hit some passes early to soften up the running game and to score when in the redzone.

I think Liberty's key is about the same, but they will have to keep the game close early to have a shot at the end.

It's a bunch of hungry Cats and Dawgs scrapping for that playoff bone. It will be very interesting to say the least.

I agree, but I have to add that no cat with any smarts should EVER get in front of a hungry Dawg! The outcome is never pretty. Hope to see all the Jasper fans out in force tonight! Drive safely everybody! Anybody heard what the weather is going to be like?

Chances of rain late tonight. Should be able to get the game in before it starts.

The bulldogs really need to get out there and establish some type of passing game. Everyone knows that they can run, and will be watching for it. If they want to open up that offense and have more options, they really need to have a couple of completions early in the game. Oh yeah, and hold on to the ball.:D

Well said 12 I am with you all the way on that. And it would help if they scored at least 50% of the time they got in the redzone!!

THE PANTHERS ARE GOING TO GO INTO SILSBEE WITH THE THOUGHT OF BEATING JASPER IN THE SAME PLACE WHERE SILSBEE BEAT US EARLIER IN THE YEAR. I TAKE THE PANTHERS BY 7 IN A HARD FOUGHT GAME. GO CATS!!!

I think if Gilbert can settle down and connect, we will be okay. He can throw bombs, but he hasn't been lately. I hate those "dead ducks" he has thrown! But I know he has the ability. I have seen it! Also, I hope they pass around the sticky stuff to all the ball handlers! We HAVE to hold on to that ball!

From what I have heard, Bombs are all he was throwing for most of the season. Having a "bombs only" passing game is almost as one dimensional as having only a running game. I hope we are able to integrate some short yardage passes over the middle too to help spread that defense.

I agree, we have to get those short passes in! We have to be accurate and NOT DROP THE BALL! Our running game should be fine as long as we don't fumble! Especially if we run Tod and Chris! Those two don't know when to go down! They just drag tacklers with them! Great job guys!

my question is how many times will the kids ask to go back and forth to the "restroom" ...and go check out the locker room to see the buzz there

oh come on, tell me you didn't ask to go the restroom in high school........only to walk out to the restroom at the fieldhouse....just so you could hang around there for a while

Our fieldhouse is too far from the school building. They might go to the gym though!
