What does *Bandwidth Limit Exceeded* mean ?.....

Some ISP's supposedly limit your bandwidth (The amount of mb or kbps that you can download and upload) but I have never gotten a message from going to a website. Sounds strange. I think this just may be a pop up?

i just talked to the owner of texashsfootball.com and he asked me to relay this message:

'I am aware of the problem and highly annoyed by it.'

he is waiting on tech support to answer the questions he has...

im sure it will all be fixed soon...

One thing that annoys me is that a lot of stadiums when you are visitors don't have a designated spot for the bands and you get there early to get a seat and then the band shows up and the band director is telling you to get out. It isn't his fault but a school should have the visitor's section marked for the band. Most do but not all.
