No, they are no where near as fast as Atlanta last year. They do have a quick defense but not anything near what Atlanta had.

The Roughriders have a very solid defense and a very uncomplicated offense. They run 80-85% of the time and keep the ball as part of their strategy. Their defense is not big, but has pretty good quickness to the ball and they tackle well.

They looked very impressive in the 18-7 victory over Spring Hill, though the Panthers probably should have won.

Yeah. In pre-district Chapel Hill ran all over Center, then in the last game in district, Center pounded Chapel Hill. You dont see that too often.

That is what PPHS Fan and I were talking about earlier. It is very possible for teams to suddenly "get it" halfway through the season. Center is no exception. The kids finally bought in to what the coach was selling, and it's paying off.

You can't afford to write a team off now with as many good coaches as their are. As big of buttholes as kids are nowadays, the football players seem to be intune with their coaches. And that is refreshing. We, as adults, are gonna have to step up to the plate sooner rather than later and tell these kids that they will respect authority and they will respect their elders, despite their upbringing. Sorry veered off there a little. Go Buckeyes!
