Kaufman def.- 1659 rush 943 pass= 236 ypg avg.

RC averages 131 ypg more offense than Kaufman
Kaufman averages 55 ypg less on defense than RC

bottom line- RC runs the ball better Kaufman throws it better,
but Kaufman's defense will have to controll all the RC offensive weapons to win this game and there are too many weapons IMHO. Prediction RC 49 Kaufman 31

The Royse City win over Kennedale really impressed me, and I've been a bit disappointed with Kaufman this year. I'll take Royse City to pull away in this one and meet Center next week.

I'm not so sure. I'll take Kaufman. Most don't realize that Kennedale was without their second leading rusher/scorer Mickey Norris who brought the speed from the backfield and their main receiver, both of whom were hurt in the last district game. Still, it was a very close game and Kennedale could have won it at the end.

My prediction: Kaufman - 32, RC - 21
