texashsfootball has Gainesville/Decatur at Denton. last week the Gainesville paper said that the denton stadium was reserved for Gainesville/Decatur. I'll be happy when we finally find out for sure where it will be played at.

I don't understand why Sweetwater and Cooper are playing at Shotwell. That's going east for both teams. Cooper must have lost a coin toss or something on this one.

Oh....I see! I hate when you aren't sure where you are playing.

When we played Daingerfield in 2002, we were told we were playing at "Cowboy" Stadium....being from West Texas, we just all assumed we were playing at the Dallas Cowboys Texas Stadium.....we were kind of letdown when we found out it was actually the Coppel Cowboys Stadium we are playing at.

That was a nice stadium though!!

I would love to see that game. If I didn't have a rodeo to be at in Lubbock this weekend, I would have to make a roadtrip to go visit my mom. She lives about 15 miles from Denton off of 380.

They have lived there for about 10 years now. When they moved there, they were out in the "boonies" - now there is housing developments springing up all around there.

They are trying to sell their house right now and get back "out to the country" again. I told them they were going to have to move back out west...plenty of country here!!

Collinsville is 20 min north of Denton on 377. Pop around 1500, and it's " Where...there's nothing to do".
