My analysis: Rice has basicly killed them selves if not for 2 fumbles it would likely still be 0-0 maybecameron has forced tunrovers im not really sure

I was there. Granted the offense wasn't on their game tonight but regardless, Cameron held them to 6 points WITH their RB Huffman in the game. HOWEVER......the 2nd team had a chance to score as they had 1st & goal from the 3 but we kneeled it. One thing that has gone unreported is the way a coach (not sure if it was the head coach or not) from Rice acted several times in the game. At one point he actually cussed at our head Coach Mullins for running up the score w/ 4 - 5 minutes remaining! I mean give me a break, we were only up 21-6 and 4 minutes is alot of time for a talented group like Rice to work with. If we wanted to run the score up, 2nd team would've done so on the situation I was talking about earlier. I just couldn't believe the man did that and it took alot away from what was otherwise a competitive game.

Man, im mad I missed it. By the time I had gotten out of the stadium for the A&M game, it was close to 7. Then we went and ate a Chilis and they made us sit for over an hour waiting for a seat. They kept skipping our name on the list. Needless to say I got a little aggrivated, we ended up getting free appetizers from the manager which made up for lack of service. By the time we left there it was 9 and I figured the game was well over by then. Sorry I missed all of you. Maybe Ill get by another game.

As for the game, Cameron scored all of their points on our turnovers, except for the one late in the fourth.
As far as the coach cussing out your coach, I highly doubt it. We have a staff of first rate, class act coaches. They wouldn't stoop to that. As far as the last TD, it wasn't necessary.
Our offense couldn't get anything generated the entire game. That's what happens when your starting QB and RB are not playing, and others were playing at 50% We never threatened, so the last TD to me was just a "rub it in your face" call.

Everyone on this board knows I always support every team, but I thought that last TD was uncalled for. Cameron lost my respect on that one. Sorry.

If anything it showed respect to the Raiders as obviously a 15 point lead did not make the Yoe coaches comfortable with that much time left in the game(look how Marlin pulled it out Thursday ). Taking a knee on the three shows class so my hat's off to the Yoe.

Not only that but we had 1st and goal on the 3 yard line w/ a minute and a half to go. If we were wanting to run the score up, it would have ended 35-6. What do you think we should have done w/ 5 minutes remaining in the game w/ a 15 point lead? Give it back to you guys? Get real.

Off of 3 fumbles in a row in our territory. The Raider offense never threatened. The Yoe were keeping the ball on the ground with 4 minutes left, ya'll were eating up the clock, making first downs. That is all you had to do. We would have not had time to come back and score 3 TDs. But, instead chose to go to the air and tack one more on. Like I said before, you have your opinion and I have mine. I will not continue with this argument.

Yes I know what happened but im just saying when you have scored 3 touchdowns in 2 minutes in that game your not gonna sit on a 2 score lead with 5 minutes left. If Mullins did that and Rice came back he would be getting trashed so bad for "being too conservative"

Lets face it , Rice played hard.It is extremely dificult to change your ofense in one weeks time. With all of the injuries i.e. Huffman and Ray , the chance of Rice winning became less. However you cannot fault Cameron, they were the better team on Saturday night. They didn't know the things that we knew. I cannot fault them for running up the score. They had to believe that Rice could come back. However instead of coming back, Rice shot it'sownself in the foot. Great season Raiders.
