Congrats Stangs, but, Russ said Cotulla played a heck of a game and probably deserved to win this one.

Cotulla played a hell of a game. Ingleside didn't deserve to win this one. The Mustangs gave away something like five fumbles, two of which were unforced, and Cotulla's offense was working with a short field most of the night. The Cowboys capitalized and didn't shoot themselves in the foot. During the fourth quarter, their QB came alive and started making some beautiful passes and they started driving all over our defense. If Ingleside plays like that next week, it'll get real ugly real quick.

Congratulations, Cotulla. This makes twice that I've seen you in the playoffs and both times you've answered the challenge. Even though you didn't pick up the win, you played your hearts out and gave the Mustangs all they could handle. Great season, Cowboys.
