i think the reasoning was that the murder wasn't direct at the baby, but that the baby's death was a result of laci's

Facts: 95% of victims of domestic violence are women. Every 9 seconds in the good ole' USA a woman is assaulted and beaten. 4,000,000 women a year are assaulted by their partners. EVERY DAY 4 WOMEN ARE MURDERED BY THEIR HUSBANDS OR BOYFRIENDS. 25% of all crime is wife assault.

I find this utterly unbelievable. Sounds like statistics from a third world country. THINK ABOUT IT. WE ALL SHOULD BE OUTRAGED....Dads, if you have daughters......Brothers, if you have sisters......will they become a statistic?

I NEVER ever said that and I don't believe that to be true.....but I do know that more men kill their wives and girlfriends than do women kill their husbands and girlfriends....and here is another fact: 93% of women who killed their mates had been battered by them. 67% of them killed their mates to protect themselves and their children at the moment of murder. And you are whinning about a few groin kicks?????? Male mentality in action.... :mad:
