For all u ppl from abliene or that have been to abilene. i need to know where are some of the best places to eat in abilene.

Joe Allen's downtown. Great BBQ and hand cut steaks!!!! yum.

Is there still a place there called Southern Belle, or something like that??

I remember they had "down home cooking" like chicken and dumplings, meat loaf, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, etc. It seems like it was a buffet.

I thought that place was great!!!
