I'm thinking about putting this on my christmas list for my girlfriend, is it living up to the hype so far?

From what I hear from some of the guys in the dorm, it is soooooo much better than the first one, and the first one was pretty dang good. My friend bought it and he doesnt even own an X-box.

I bought it...and i dont have an X-box...well...i dont have it....but its paid for..i just gotta go to the mall and pick it up.

i heard the game speed is a lot faster and the master halo players arent very good at it

If this game is stupid, then you heard that from somebody that only likes playstation or they don't like video games.

good news!!! i only have a playstation right now, but my birthday nad christmas are coming up, so i will be getting an xbox as well!!

Yes i love playing Halo 1 but halo2 is much harder i played it and people i would normally beat on Halo 1 slaughtered me in Halo 2 its gonna take me a while to be as good as i am in Halo 1

I've heard lots of people say that this game kicks...only if i can try it. I would love to play that game but i don't have any game console...I also heard the multiplayer was pretty good but then we had an argument and agreed that Pefect Dark had one of the best multiplayers. Any thoughts?

This is the best game ever made! Also the speed on the game is still the same, only thing that kind of sucks is there is a little bit of auto aim on Halo 2 bad not that bad where you can notice it. Anyways its a very good game and its worth buying a xbox just for this game! I am, because my brother is about to move out the house soon i think and he is taking his xbox but for christmas i have a new xbox and live account on my wish list!

go to Half.com and you can get a new one or a refurbished one for a fraction of the price you would be charged at a department store.

Hey action, you can fix that auto aim. Just go to controller settings, and it should let you disable the auto aim.

Just finished the game, kind of found the ending disappointing, but it was alot of fun.

I got the game on Tuesday at 12:01 in the morning. I finished it around 9 o'clock on wednesday night. The ending wasn't that dissapointing to me because now you certainly know that there will be a Halo 3.

Multiplayer is awesome. So far I have only played with 5 people, but it was still sweet.
