Who will win? I pick K'Ville!

I think both of these are fine teams. I have kinfolk on the faculty up at Rusk. They say their team has a great attitude and a lot of pride. I have seen Kirbyville play against Bridge City and they have a real playoff team. I feel that unless Rusk has a defensive end like Cody Sparks and a secondary standout like Jon Landry; two of the States fastest youth, they will not be able to contain the Wildcats premier fast backs(as Jasper was unable to do).

Those two were instrumental in keeping each of the elite backs of WO-S to under 100 yards: including probable All Stater Kenneth Beasley. Rusk will give them a good disciplined game and if Kirbyville messes around they could be in trouble.

Both teams are strong, but only one of them has Cody Glenn, #34 for Rusk. That kid is something else...

Give me Rusk. Kirbyville will not only stop Glenn but also a kid call Justin Sturns. The key will be if Rusk's Defense will show up.

I know one thing, whoever wins between BC and BH will have a stiff opponent at the next level. BC Smashed Kirbyville so I would rather play Rusk; the revenge factor always weighs heavy when you have conquered a top-rate team previously.

OC, I would sure like to play BC again but right now it's Rusk.

Good luck to the Cards this week. ;)

Kirbyville SHOULD win this one, i say that will have their way through the playoffs till they hit marlin. I dont see them beating Marlin. But, i could be wrong. Good luck K'ville. Make our district proud.

Running out of gas will not be a problem as long as the zebras don't punch a hole in the tank.

Maybe the officating will improve in the play offs.

Still can't let that loss to Silsbee go, can you? You got beat by a respectable margin. I don't think the refs put all of those points by Silsbee up on the board. Nor do I think they took away enough of Kirbyville's scores to make a difference.

Glenn had a shoulder injury a couple of weeks ago. Is he back to 100%?

I don't know much about Rusk. I'll have to go the Cats.
